Responsible for structure, strategy, direction, affiliate relations, direction of technical staff, business development and marketing, he directs the international business development and private/public equity fund engagements.

Optigig GmbH is an international business consulting firm advising clients on international business and technical resource planning, software application development & wireless applications. He is responsible for strategic international business development as well as research of companies seeking private equity funding involving strategic partners.

Previous experience includes his role as Principle from 1997-2000 in Alpha 2000, a technical consulting firm engaging U.S. and international clients where he represented clients in adapting strategic communication services providing enhanced business services, 800, broadcast fax, e.mail, teleconferencing & web based technology solutions. In addition, he also directed the recruiting of technical candidates for contract and permanent engagement in client companies.
