Product & Arrangement
The functionality of this
part of AMS allows for the inserting and modifying of base products
(e.g. Account foreign currency) and the resulting arrangements.
The premier version offers
the following arrangements:
· Account
· Portfolio

Search |
Search a product by using the
search-criteria product-number, short description, product-type
and status. A list with all found products due to the search
criteria will be displayed. Selection one product from the list
will display the detail information. |

Create |
Create a product by entering
several attributes like product ID, product type (account, foreign
account, portfolio), short description, etc. |
|
Modify / Delete |
Modify or Delete (logically)
an existing custodian. It depends on the status if it's allowed
to modify a customer. |
|
Inactivate / Reactivate |
A product can be inactivated
(and afterwards be reactivated). |

Search |
Search an account by using
the search-criteria customer pseudonym, custodian short name,
external reference, account-number, account-description and status.
A list with all found accounts due to the search criteria will
be displayed. Selection one account from the list will display
the detail information. |

Create |
Create an account by selecting
the desired customer, product, custodian and currency and entering
attributes like external reference and account description. |

Modify
/ Delete |
Modify or Delete (logically)
an existing account. It depends on the status if it's allowed
to modify an account. |

Search |
Search a Portfolio by using
the search-criteria customer-pseudonym, custodian-short name,
external reference, portfolio-number, description and status.
A list with all found portfolios due to the search criteria will
be displayed. Selection one portfolio from the list will display
the detail information. |

Create |
Create a portfolio by entering
several attributes like

an existing portfolio. Depending on the status if it's allowed
to modify a portfolio. |

Assign
Account |
Assign a customers existing
account to the selected portfolio. |

Reassign
Account |
Dissolve an existing assignment
between an account and the portfolio. |
