Party Management

The functionality of the party management allows inserting and modifying business-involved parties. Currently the following parties are included:

· Customer Service Representative (CSR)
· Customer
· Custodian

C S R

Search

Search a CSR by using the search-criteria name, first name and status. A list with all found CSR's due to the search criteria will be displayed. By selection one CSR from the list, the detail information inclusive all assigned customers will be displayed.

Create

Create a CSR by entering several attributes like name, middle name, first name and birth date.

Modify / Delete

Modify or Delete (logically) an existing CSR. It depends on the status if it's allowed to modify or delete a CSR.

Create relationship

Assign a selected customer to the CSR for whom he is responsible.

Reassign customer

Assign an other customer to the CSR for whom he is responsible.

Details relationship

Display detail information about the relationship from the CSR to a customer.

Inactivate / reactivate Relationship

An assignment between a CSR and a customer can be inactivated (and afterwards be reactivated).

 

C u s t o m e r

 Search

Search a Customer by using the search-criteria pseudonym and status. A list with all found customers due to the search criteria will be displayed. By selection one customer from the list, the detail information inclusive all assigned CSR's will be displayed.

Create

Create a customer by entering several attributes like pseudonym, base currency, language, nationality, etc..

Modify / Delete

Modify or Delete (logically) an existing customer. It depends on the status if it's allowed to modify a customer.

Inactivate / reactivate

A customer can be inactivated (and afterwards be reactivated).

Lock / Unlock

A customer can be locked (and afterwards be unlocked).

Create Relationship

Assign a selected CSR to the customer for whom the CSR is responsible.

Reassign CSR

Assign an other CSR to the customer for whom the CSR is responsible.

Details relationship

Display detail information about the relationship from the customer to a CSR.

Inactivate / reactivate Relationship

An assignment between a customer and a CSR can be inactivated (and afterwards be reactivated)

Create

Create a custodian by entering several attributes like name, short name, contact, SWIFT-Address, etc.

Modify / Delete

Modify or Delete (logically) an existing custodian. It depends on the status if it's allowed to modify a custodian.
