Access Management
The functionality of the
access management allows inserting and modifying of mandators
and user accounts.
In the current version the following functions
are included:
M a n d a t o r

Search |
Search a existing mandator
by using the search-criteria short name and name. A list with
all found mandators due to the search criteria will be displayed.
Selection one mandator from the list will display the detail
information. |

Create |
Create a mandator by entering
attributes like short name, name and validity dates. |

Modify
/ Delete |
Modify or Delete (logically)
an existing mandator. It depends on the status if it's allowed
to modify a mandator. |
 
U s e r A c c o u n t

Search |
Search a user-account by using
the search-criteria user-name company name and status. A list
with all found user-accounts due to the search criteria will
be displayed. Selection one user-account from the list will display
the detail information. |

Create |
Create a user-account by selecting
the desired company name (mandator name), user group (CSR, Admin,
…), language, currency, etc..and entering attributes user
name and validity dates. |

Modify
/ Delete |
Modify or Delete (logically)
an existing user-account. It depends on the status if it's allowed
to modify a user account. |

Create
CSR Relationship |
If the user-group of a existing
user-account is CSR (Customer Service Representative) the related
CSR can be assigned by choice of this function. |

Remove
CSR |
An existing relationship between
a user-account and a CSR (only for user-group CSR) can be removed
by choice of this function. |
